In these measurements, what is the assumption on the location of the client. Would these speeds not depend on where the user is located?
Tucker: Data for each monitor is always generated from the same location so over time the key variable is your application. Our goal is to provide a metric for the health of your application rather than an artificial average response time (it's best to get that data from your users via javascript since that is the real data).
