  18. In these measurements, what is the assumption on the location of the client. Would these speeds not depend on where the user is located?
    Tucker: Data for each monitor is always generated from the same location so over time the key variable is your application. Our goal is to provide a metric for the health of your application rather than an artificial average response time (it's best to get that data from your users via javascript since that is the real data).

    Tucker: The requests are generated in the eastern US so the response times will be a little higher in your case. However, Stella can still help you monitor outages.
